There’s a guy selling these chips about 4 hours away from me. He’s got them listed for $60 for everything. Trying to figure out if they are authentic to see if it would be worth the hassle. Thanks in advance!

They are old RT Plastics chips. Actually not terrible but not great. Used to be sold at a Gamblers General website.
$60 for a bunch of them is not terrible.

He claimed he didn’t know anything about them which is why I was curious if they might be authentic.

From the pics, it appears to be about 500 of each color, plus cases. 4¢/chip is certainly a decent price for them, but only if you can use them.

Yeah, I figured they were RT Plastics that were sold in their gift shop or something. Better than dice, but just barely.
