I was fortunate to score an Aurora Star cash set recently (1s, 5s, 25s and 100s). I’m now looking to finish off the set with a non-denom frac and either $500s or $1ks. Please recommend good options to fill out the set.
For the frac, I’m not interested in the AS frac. Thinking of going either white or pink for base with a simple edge spot pattern. Would prefer to use a chip I can locate for around $2-4 (with relabel) a chip as I have an aversion to chip costing orders of magnitude more than it plays as. Potentially even open to a RHC option (I recognize mixing molds is sacrilege here, but lots of readily available mint options there).
For the $500 or 1k, I’m pretty open as long as it’s IHC. Only going to get a barrel or two, so cost isn’t a major consideration. Also, not concerned with sticking to traditional colors. Thinking anything purple, yellow, orange, or light blue). I’ve never skipped $500’s in a set, but think it’s a cool option.
