I came across some Baccarat chips from the Aladdin's London Club. Are these chips also collectible like poker chips and other casino artifacts? These have been in storage for well more than a decade. Might these be still active? Any way to find out, generally for these and other chips?

Those are very interesting, they were from the Aladdin, which has been closed for a long time. Not sure what the London Club is, but I’m guessing it was the name of the Baccarat room there. These look like Paulson house molds and could be 43 mm.

Hell yeah they’re collectible, face is pretty much guaranteed. Yes they’re 43mm I can show my loot later as I was just organizing baccarat chip collection.

No they’re obsolete as Aladdin closed in 2007 and rebranded to Planet Hollywood.

Very nice @FlushMD, I started collecting them 2 years ago starting grabbing baccarat chips from playing at Caesars high limit, then bunch of eBay purchases, got a few from my friends, and asking sleepy high limit dealers on 6 am etc.

Just to note, baccarat chips are mostly used in most high limit tables, including blackjack and roulette. Usually they’re $100 $200 or $500 minimum tables, you don’t have go be such a big player to ask for chips.

Also if you head to Vegas, following baccarats are current.

$5: Caesars chariot, Mandalay Bay, MGM
$25: Caesars head, Mandalay Bay, MGM
$100: Aria, Bellagio, Caesars head, Cosmo, Mandalay Bay, Wynn

I'm trying to assess FMV for the three Aladdin London Room chips. The $5 and $20 are for sale in a few places, but I'm unable to find **any** auctions/sales for the $100 chip... Jeez I cannot even find a photo of the chip on Google. Extremely rare? Classified? Censored? :)

For some reason, when I put my collection in storage several years ago, I put a note on the $100 chip "KEEP". I do not recall why. Any idea where I might broaden my search? Surely there are more somewhere on the planet.

London club was the high limit room, it is not unusual to see the $1-$20 show up on eBay. Honestly never saw a $100 listed. The Chip Board might give you some additional information, they tend to be more singles collectors there.

My Chip Rack says its an "O" value of $150-$174. My guess (chip prices are all over the places now) is $150-$200. I'd throw it on eBay if you want to sell it.

Sorry, should mention the Chip Rack is a "Price Guide" book that come out every year or every other year for Nevada chips. Used by the single chip collectors.
