Not Mine Aransas Casino 1110 chip set for $1137.50 + $120 shipping (1 Viewer)

I guess someone had previously offered him that and he’s ready to call them back since he has the chips in hand.

I think multiple people have tried to deal with him from the site. I know I talked to him at one point but he is such an ass I bailed.

I can go back tomorrow, but he gave me a hard deadline to show up tomorrow with 14k cash or no deal.
He’s full of hot air. He’s given me a bunch of deadlines yet as recently as Saturday came back and said “let’s get a deal done”.

This guy is being an ass hat again. I asked if I could go back tomorrow to inspect them and get an accurate count and he responds

I think I reached that point that everyone else reached with him.:banghead:

God what a dousche. Why wouldnt someone allow you to check condition and verify a count. It's not like is cheap 14k is alot of money.

Wow. Makes no sense whatsoever. Throw him a super low ball. No one else is going to buy these things.

Didn’t someone say he agreed to 12k a while back?

This is legit the oldest trick in the used car salesmen playbook. Call his bluff - tell him $12k or nothing and then say nothing else. First to talk looses. Guaranteed that he calls in a day or two.

100% this. Hell I’d maybe go even lower with the way he’s acting with potential buyers.I’m down to gamble if it’s a low price.

$1=155
$5=390
$25=399
$100=133
$500=33
1110 chips

So could we intuit the entire breakdown based on this? I bet he just divided what he had by 15 to get this set. If that's true, then rough breakdown could be:

$1 - 2300
$5 - 6000
$25 - 6000
$100 - 2000
$500 - 500
16,800 chips

That’s exactly what my thoughts were on the counts too. I wonder how many roulettes

Lol! What an ass for sure.

I’d bet that he doesn’t believe you can get a group buy together. As soon as he hears about multiple people he thinks you’re just wasting his time.

uclaure, I think you’re in a good position here? Just shoot back “I need to see the chips” and then be silent?

You can be pretty sure nobody else is going to buy them either, and if someone does it’s okay. When he caves in a couple of days/weeks you go out and count and take pics.

++ I really think only ONE person from PCF should talk with him, and if he reaches out to anyone else, he should get referred him back to the one person. That should convince him...

I can do it if no-one else wants to. I’m used to dealing with assiots.

I’m more concerned with the condition of the chips. I want to make sure they’re in good condition and want an accurate count, especially the roulettes.
Thanks for trying, maybe he will call you back to look and take pictures

This is exactly the kind of situation where a group buy can use leverage to everyone’s advantage. I don’t know if the guy is being s jerk... it definitely looks like the barrage of PCFers contacting him is giving him the sense there is a vast demand from a market of excited active buyers. If everyone stayed calm and grouped up then everyone would be able to get cheap sets out of this. Everyone contacting him trying to do a better job are really just being counterproductive unless they are really going to pull the trigger on the full lot for themselves. But now everyone is going to have to stop contacting him and wait it out to let his hopes die out and then just have a single person go in and play hardball on a group buy.

Exactly what I was trying to say... but you said it better.

Per his eBay ad:

TOTAL CHIPS
$1=2185 14%
$5=5710 35%
$25=5765 36%
$100=1996 12%
$500=500 3%
$629,897=16,156 Chips
$22,000 buys them all

So let's elect one person to do the negotiating...needs to be someone close

I’m like 5 miles away from him and started talking with him yesterday. But I’m already fed up with his antics. I have another person who is in on the group buy that is also local. I might hand it off to him. In the meantime, it would be extremely helpful if people not contact him and blow his head up any bigger.

I have ceased communications with him as well. Let me know if i can help in any way
