Yep, I'm a computer engineer, but I haven't programmer anything in 20 years...but I have an old friend who is an expert in iOS (I'm not sure about Android).
He lives in Spain/Barcelona, but speak English well. A few year ago we worked together, now is working for HP, programming 3D printers.
