I ordered a sample set of the Jumers Secondary Paulson Set from apachepokerchips and stacked with them for some time. The white 1$ Chip got very dirty and the other "light" chips also got some stains. My theory ist that the black 100$ Chip ist somehow rubbing off on them? Anyone expierencing the same thing and knows how to stop it? Or ist the only solution just stacking chips of the same coloring?

It’s called color transfer, and it’s very common. Certain colors are softer than others, and white chips will always show everything.
It’s just part of ownership, you’ll need to wash them every so often when you feel the need.
In general during play, the only time the chips are mixing with other colors is in the pot. Otherwise, they’re in matching stacks that you need not worry about.

This happens a lot. Casinos can be very rough on chips, even intentionally scraping edges on faces together. Magic eraser is relatively efficient in removing colour transfer. As mentioned, base white chips show it the worst.

Would oiling the chips reduce color transfer? I'm sure there are those here that can answer that.

The color transfer will slow with age, and is more prevalent on dark blue and black, especially mint chips. It will calm down but not stop completely.
