I just got my first mint Paulsons and thought it best to store them in 66.7mm racks. I got some Chipco racks from Apache.
I ran into two problems. Any thoughts on this?
1) I was surprised to find nubs on the beds where the chips lay at either end of the barrel. I took a knife and broke them off but I was confused why they were there int he first place? If it's related to molding the plastic, I'd think they could find another place to do it. Picture attached. Potentially damaging to the chips!
2) the chips fit great in the beds but the bottom is super tight when stacking. I may have given some flea bites trying to get them seated. Ugh. And when I take one rack off the other, sometimes the top rack grabs a whole barrel from the bottom rack and chips fall. More potential damage! I can work through this... but it surprised me.
