Hmmm...I have one of these somewhere in my garage. Maybe a quick $60 or $70 for me. :D

Hot item a few years ago. Gave away two of them
Discontinued when apps replaced it. Still nice for a travel set.

What advantage does this have over an iPad?
I play in two groups that use a Poker Genie. It works well for them because anyone can plug it in, press "start" and you are off and running. You don't need the same person there every time with their iPad or their laptop computer to run the tournament.

Or a phone lol. I just downloaded an app called "HoldEm Timer" (free) and put it on the rail for people to see during the game.
I have a phone app, an iPad app, and a computer program. In the end, they all do the same thing. The bigger the screen, the better, especially with MTTs, so I would rank the Poker Genie above the phone app, but only on par with the iPad. A computer with linked monitors making visibility possible from most/all table locations is the best.
