Hello there everyone.
Just one more breakdown thread.
I know the ideal spread is something like 100/200/300/100. So cutting it to the chase.
If my current game was 0.25/0.25 I would only need 100 *.25, 200 *1 and 50 *5.
This breakdown can cover 0.05 up to 1/2 easily. Now the problem and the real question.
My group is in Europe. 0.05$ and 0.25$ are foreign entities. We usually play for fun 8-handed 0.10€/0.20€ blinds with a buy-in of 20-40€ and total bank of around 250€. The group can definitely support up to 0.50/1€ and buy ins 100-150€ but the game would become too serious.
Is 0.10/0.25 blinds a real game to accomodate existing denominations or just asking for trouble by introducing 2 blind chips (0.05&0.25)?
Or should I just tell people to suck it and up the stakes to 0.25/0.25?
So better to get
100 - 0.05
200 - 0.25
250 - 1$
300 - 5$
75 - 20$/25$
25 - 100$ (bank value)
Or ignore the 0.05 and only get 100 *0.25?
