Alibaba High Quality Casino Chairs (with discount!) (2 Viewers)

Chairs were a hit. We have a semi dedicated dealer and he appreciated the higher stance with the new chair. On the flip side, a couple of folks expected the chair to be able to go lower but I think that is because they are used to my low sitting folding chairs. The folks with shorter legs learned to rest their feet on the legs of the chair versus floor. Quality of the chairs is good, especially considering the price. If you guys have the space and budget, it's really nice to have the nicer chairs if you're using cheap chairs like I was.
My shipping just updated. They are in state and expected tomorrow!

Just got delivered! …..and already hurt my back moving them inside. Have to check everything is there after my calls for work today. Can’t wait! Some boxes are perfect and others are beat up pretty good.

Looks great. How is the height adjustment? I’m a bit concerned they are too high at the lowest setting for a 30” high table. Thank you.

Fine for me. You can see tin the pic I have a chip drawer under the dealer area. I’m 6’ and am under that with more adjustment to spare. Homemade table on BBO legs… I’d have to measure the height

TL: DR.
Do we know if these chairs have a weight limit? I want to upgrade my chairs, but I have some big players. I would like to get uniform chairs, but cannot afford to replace a bunch, especially since I have to order close to 40 chairs.

From my own personal experience

"I confirmed before ordering that these would easily handle 400 lbs (i.e. American weight) players, of which I have a couple nearing or over 300. The first 8 hour game was with a regular who is 6 foot 7 inches and is at or around 300 lbs, and he said it was the best addition I've added to the game after 2 decades. I don't see the cushioning being a problem long term, but only time will tell."

And this was when I first ordered them. I have multiple players 6'3"-6'7" and they both come to every single game and every time they are here now they talk about comfortable they are. One of them even used to bring his own chair - he has since stopped.

Again, long term...who knows. But so far they are passing the test with flying colors.

Thank you very much. This is great to know.

They feel pretty strong. These are definitely commercial grade. They are at least as strong if not stronger than any chair I’ve sat on in Vegas or AC card rooms

So I was thinking about your comment and checked the adjustments again. I’m 6’ and at the lowest setting my thighs are parallel to the ground and my feet (no shoes) are flat on the ground. Definitely a higher adjustment than the office chair I was using in the dealer position before. The highest setting on that chair was only slightly higher than the lowest on the new chairs. Maybe as the foam breaks in it will lower a bit.

Just thought I’d clarify as I wouldn’t want to have misled you.

Mine ended up being about $171 a chair after Tariffs, Taxes, Shipping, chair cost, and service charge for credit card. A lot more than originally expected, but quoted delivery within 40 days and based on the reviews from here I don't expect to have to replace them before I retire.

I’m wondering if they see the interest and are raising the prices. That said… With the original quote I calculated $150 per chair but was only charged $1395 for 10 chairs. They are very robust and I doubt would need replacement unless the foam was to completely give out.

The vinyl is even of a sheen that is very close to a real leather look in some light. I also like how the bottom and back cushion are formed with slight lumbar support and shaped to your ass:D

I admit…Alibaba is a very wonky and shady website and I had my doubts the entire time. But everything arrived undamaged despite the horrendous condition of some of the boxes. I can see hardware had fallen out but someone put it back in and taped the boxes.

I was concerned my wife wouldn’t like the commercial casino aesthetic in our finished basement but she seemed very impressed. Even my 12 and 14 year old boys both commented that “this poker setup looks legit!”

So he quoted me that the chairs were $85 each, which is a little higher than it was last summer and I was fine with. Seems like tariffs might have also gone up, I had to pay sales tax, and my shipping is probably higher since I'm in Texas and not on an interstate.

First game with the chairs was last night. Played about 5 hours. I think they were a big hit. People liked the aesthetics and the comfort. One person said it was most comfortable they were ever at during a poker game :D

Faces blurred to protect the innocent. :p Actually, I don’t think I’d want my face on the internet without knowing…

Thanks to this forum and in particular this thread, I purchased and received my chairs from Gavin. Like most people on this thread, I was looking for quality chairs for my 8-station table. I considered breaking the bank and going with custom chairs from Pharaoh, but after a few calls and emails, I just could not see myself dropping $350 per chair. While doing a search for other options, I came upon this forum. I followed OPs journey from asking the group about these chairs to ordering and posting his first review. I saw as several other members jumped on the bandwagon, so I figured what did I have to lose.

I contacted Gavin at about 8 PM CST on 10/10 and did some back and forth regarding what I wanted. Gavin responded immediately and was super helpful. My first question out of the box was could I place an order for 8 chairs and Gavin said yes. Next, we discussed colors available, and Gavin sent me a few photos. In the end, the colors just did not match my table, so I said let's just do all black.

I was given an all-in price with shipping and taxes of $1,360 for 8 chairs. That comes out to be $170 per chair. For that same price I could have purchased about 3 1/2 Pharaoh chairs.

I will admit even with all the positive feedback on this forum, I was nervous about the purchase and the clunky Alibaba website did not do much to boost my confidence.

After about two weeks, I received notice that my boxes (10 of them) had made it out of the warehouse. A few days later I received notice that my boxes made it on a ship and were headed to the USA. At this time, I was provided with a UPS tracking number, but the number did not allow me to see anything until my boxes made it to the USA. After about two weeks at sea, I received notice that my boxes made it to the USA and clearance was in progress. A few days after that, I received notice the terminal carrier received my boxes and they would be delivered and gave me a delivery date of 11/18.

At about 10:30 AM on 11/18 my UPS guy stopped in front of my house where I helped him unload all 10 boxes into my garage. All of my boxes arrived in good shape unlike some of the other photos I saw. I immediately took them inside and into my mancave where I assembled all 8 chairs in less than 90 minutes. Everything was inside my boxes, and I followed OPs instructions for assembly.

Let me say the chairs are heavy duty and super comfortable. I can't wait to host my next game in a few weeks. If you are on the fence about purchasing from Gavin, do yourself a favor and pull the trigger. Thanks to this forum I did, and I am super happy with my purchase. My only negative is that I did not see the forum discount until after placing my order.
