A new photo of the denominated Key West Resort & Casino chips.
2015 was a great year for the Key West Resort & Casino.

We sold more chips in 2015 than in any year since we opened in 2012. We shipped Key West chips, playing cards, dealer buttons and gaming supplies to players in 17 countries across the globe. We kept our prices low, and actually made a profit. And we're on track to do even more this year.

Of course, success has brought a few growing pains.

We had a rush on chips around Christmas this year, and are nearly out of several denominations of our Key West chips. Not to worry. We're expecting news of a new shipment of chips from Classic Poker Chips any day now, and will certainly be ordering again as soon as they arrive.

In 2015, as in other years, scammers were everywhere. Each month, we received at least one e-mail from someone claiming interest in buying between one and three roulette wheels. If you know your wheels, you know they're not cheap, and are the item on our site with the highest retail price and value.

The scammers had a lot in common. English was never their first language, and they seemed to know absolutely nothing about actually playing roulette. Questions from them included, "How many roulettes come with wheel?" and "What size table is included?" They claimed to be "brokers," buying wheels for casinos in the Bahamas or even India, as if a bona fide casino company has no idea where to get a roulette wheel. Is roulette even legal in India?

A quick check of the e-mail coding always revealed these guys to be the internet equivalent of that "Nigerian Prince" who's always trying to share his fortune with us. This has led me to a rule I've followed through the year:

If I don't know you from the Poker Chip Forum, I'm very cautious when you contact the Key West. And if you are a member here, I will do all I can to get you the best possible price for our chips, cards, dealer buttons, or just about anything else you can find in a casino.

Thanks again to Tommy and all the members here for making this place the best online community for poker players, chip collectors, and vendors to share their great collections, new items, and vast knowledge. I'm looking forward to a great 2016, and wish everyone good luck this year -- at the tables and everywhere else.

Thanks for reminding me, I'm starting to think that Nigerian Prince will never give me my money back.

I thought all rooolettes (nigerian spelling) have four wheels, regardless if auto or manual transmission. I think that would be my go-to answer.

Congrats on the great year, Dennis. Hope that 2016 is even better!

Thanks for reminding me, I'm starting to think that Nigerian Prince will never give me my money back.

You need to hire Jackie Chiles. I got my money back within a week once the prince found out who he'd be up against.

Deer Sirs und Maddammamas;

i am interested in a roulette wheel also but i want to be assured that you will not ship one that has one fucked up wheel like the one i always seem to get at the grocery store.....and can i buy extra wheels for it incase they do go bad? thank you looking forward to doing business with you, my check for $1,000000000000000 is attached, please keep the change as a small token of my serious purchases as i am a royal yak off prince...

Dennis, great job and work keeping prices low in an ever increasing and difficult market. I know it hasn't been easy.
KW are great chips and I'm looking forward to being able to round out my set soon.

Thanks,
Todd

I've owned 15-20 different sets over the last 10 years. I only owned the KW chips for a short period. They quickly became a top 5 set of mine.

Thanks to all here.

The new photo in the OP has all denominations of our denominated chips. It's actually two photos combined, to get the lighting and focus right on all the chip stacks. The letters and line were added after.

Congrats Dennis (y)

My client is very rich man who cannot buy roulette wheel by himself. If you help me he will send you 90% of his fortune as thanks. Please send me all your banking details and passwords so I may deposits many dollars as a show of good faith.

Thank you

Also glad to see everything else is doing well. Top notch customer service and top class guy all round :)

Will gladly send you a brisket on Tuesday for a roulette wheel today.

Congratulations on a wonderful year for you Dennis!

Your chips are still the best chips I own, out of now 7,400 chips :)
