These are basically Paulson no molds. Made by GPI/Gemaco/Paulson. I am assuming they were made for a charity event or tournament sponsored by Shuffle Master. I am sure someone will jump in with more information. Did that answer your question?
They're the same chip as these chips - and these could be used to supplement that set if needed.
