Wow, those are massive! I've never seen those racks before. Who are they made by?
I've contemplated a design like this where the racks stack on each other and don't put any load on the chips. It's interesting to see how someone else has done it.Looks like someone will be 3D printing some new rack designs.![]()

Very interesting! From the photos it looks like some of the racks have a shallow scoop for the chips to sit in and others are flat on the bottom, but it's hard to tell.They "lock in" by being tight on the chips before. Because of how wide the plastic is, it creates a like a kind of ledge for the rack on top to sit on. The rack on top then presses in on the chips below to create a tight bond. They also have little indents on the side to provide some extra grip.
No manufacturer on them that I could find.
