It is just a blank inlay. Kind of has a gold foil look to it, but it may also just be blank white and it yellowed with time. What is going on with the inlay (I assume it's an inlay) on those first four chips?
I don't want to hijack your thread, but I'm really curious what the point of this might have been? Like why even go to the effort of putting a blank inlay on the chips? Sorry, I'm just always trying to learn in this hoppy...It is just a blank inlay. Kind of has a gold foil look to it, but it may also just be blank white and it yellowed with time.

I was wondering the same, following along if anyone else has any knowledge about that. @TRKingChips maybe??I have some with that same “inlay”
Whomever had them before me has tried to either ink stamp them or silkscreen them. I can post examples later.
The silkscreen/stamp/whatever on mine is now on the chip face itself
Man, that blue is such a nice color

Ok, my arm doesn't twist any further... I'll take them.
