Sorry, here's a pic of the faces. I'm not sure of the history. The case shows "24 of 500" on the back. I've seen these before in my chip picking journeys, but only a few. Definitely uncommon. Kinda feel bad breaking up the case from the chips, but I collect cases and really like it. Lol.
