It's 100 x cream, yeah, which I described as off-white. The one white chip at the front is completely different.

I measured it at 2.9cm, although @Gear might be able to give you exact measurements for this type of chip.

A-size decal, slightly less than an inch... I can't do that in-house, will have to pass but might be back if my home game is drunk enough to pay for this and Gear's services, lol
