I tried meeting up with the guy a couple times. It never worked out for one reason or another. I don't have the time to make a trip down there especially for these chips so never got them. Feel free.

Yeah that sucks man. I've had similar bs statements like that sent my way as well from deals like this. I bet it happens quite a bit if you can't jump on the deal and pick up right away...like within a couple of hours of contact with the seller.
