Hi all!

3 years, almost 1K posts, never before have I been involved in a forum. But here, I feel at home, thank you for having me and thank you to each and every member of PCF for keeping this place alive. I'm also writing a post that will be a sort of a retrospective in stories and photos, to share with you my modest journey.

Here's a giveaway with 5 prizes. I'll randomly draw 5 winners one by one, the first will have the choice of the prize and so on among the remaining prizes until the last one.

Eligibility and details :

1. I’ll cover shipping.

2. To enter please be a member for at least 1 year or 400+ posts, and share something related to the city of Paris (A photo, an anecdote if you've already come to visit, a funny meme, a joke…Paris chips and sets are allowed and recommended!)

3. Open for 48h

Prizes:

New/sealed Grimaud deck - Poker size/Regular index

Congrats on 1k posts and the journey.

The one time I was in Paris I was 11. I was so sick from the flight I missed out on visiting the Eiffel Tower.

Thank you for the opportunity, rockstar.

One of judo's best returns to the Paris Olympics in 2024, Frenchman Teddy Riner is dominant in our sport. Heavyweight animal but he is light on his feet.

That is a lot of posts.
Congratulations and thank you!!
Loved our Paris trip.

Congrats on reaching a big milestone!!

My favorite Paris memory is all the harvesting I did last year at the WSOP......oh ,wait, are you talking about the REAL Paris...like across the pond??? Sorry, my bad..... :ROFLMAO:

Thanks for the great give away!!

Congrats on the milestone...

This may get me kicked out of the giveaway, but the closest I have been to Paris, not counting the casino mentioned above, is Paris, TX, which is actually closer to Paris than the casino in Vegas...at least distance wise...LOL. But, the real Paris is on my travel bucket list. So hopefully someday I will make it over there.

Completely missed the thread, thanks for the tag!

I've been to Paris a couple of times as a kid with my parents about 30 years ago.
I don't remember much but it's on my wife's and my bucket list to go as soon as the kids are old enough to spend a weekend at their grandparents.

Congrats to your milestone and I'm looking forward to finally meeting you at the Cologne meetup in October. :)

I missed this as well, thanks for the tag and big congrats on the milestone! See you in Cologne!

I’ve been in Paris once as part of a Euro roadtrip I took together with 4 friends in 2003. Obv that was before the Iphone cameras and maps. I tell you it was quite a feat navigating the busy streets of Paris using a 1x1 meter fold out map in an old shitty Volvo. Somehow we made it to and up the Eiffel Tower, but I’m pretty sure we managed to piss off some Parisians in the process. I do have a fear of heights but I’m glad I managed to overcome it. Not many views like that!

And of course I do have these:
