Not if they are blanks. They would have to be Milled. Stamp first then mill.

They are listed as blanks so no recess. I've been told that when you start with a blank try to find a hotstamp you like because down the road you can always mill them. Once milled you can never go back.

The original plan was to hot-stamp these & use these with my RA-merican 44mm's but I decided I don't like to mix sizes and the stamp made was too big.
After the test I never bothered to resize the stamp and finish them off.
