I entered a BIN price but do not see it anywhere.
Is this feature disabled? Or did something go wrong, and I have to re-enter?

No idea.
There was no preview so, I future scheduled it for safety, just in case.
I did not even think it would show publicly until the scheduled date/time.
+After correcting a few things I can now no longer edit anything (except the gallery) , only cancel.
Worst case, I will scrap it and re-enter.

I am relisting these because the BIN was not showing.
If it doesn't appear again I will just leave that auction as is and see what happens.
