25 Chip per Row Chip Trays (1 Viewer)

Just some skinny foam to keep the racks snug in the case.....it take up the extra space that is leftover that won't fit another rack.....I don't think you really need them but it makes it feel more secure....

Looks like wrap from envelopes..

My setup uses the white foam you have and choroplast to make some dividers too.

These chips are nexgen on loan.
It's 2x3 = 6 justin racks + 1 vertical rack + 3 tubes = ~880 chips plus envelopes, envelope rack and under tubes on right it's 2 setups, 2 80mm dealer buttons.

It's a great setup and plenty of chips for 1 table.

New here, so just learning. Why do you say that chips sold in rolls of 25 are crap?
Because that’s how most mass marketed chips are sold and it’s not how compressed clays (Paulson and CPC) are sold. If that sounds elitist, sorry, I suppose that it is. But there are just a whole lot of us who are here for compressed clays and nothing else.

And look what I found! I have one of those 4x25 racks. If you’re using Paulsons, there’s plenty of room for 26 chips in each row (maybe 27 if they’re worn.). The plastic on this feels thin and brittle.
