I might need to replace my $25.00 chip in my TRK set. I have the orange Nevada Lodge fives with the Fitzgerald twenty fives. While using them at @Hornet place last night we encountered several dirty stack issues.

I would love two racks of the red fives. That is probably unattainable. FWIW. I love the fitzgerald chips. I might end up staying the course with them. I thought I was ask the TRK pro's here what their thoughts are? @gopherblue @Lil Tuna @liftapint . @Windwalker , your becoming a TRK fan. Any thoughts?

@Marc Hedrick We played with these a few weeks ago. Did you notice any issues? I don't remember. That could be the bourbon talking!

Pictures to follow in a second.

It was bad Bill. We had a lot of $5s and $25s in play and I really had to look carefully to pull the $25s out. Maybe Pick Hobson $25s?

Yeah... This is making me sad, because as a set they look perfect, but I couldn't even find the 25 in that stack until I really started staring.... Sad days...

It was definitely an issue last night. It may not have been as big an issue in the basement with better lighting though.

also in your game Bill you don’t get many $25’s in play so they area bigger deal and will be watched closer. At David’s they are as much of workhorse chip as the $5.

Replace the fracs with yellow solids (although that's not an easy task either).
Then use these... It would take the set from an earthy-toned set, to something a little more wild. But there would be zero dirty stack problems.
That, or trade your $5s for the neon pink Pick Hobson $5s.

The fracs have grown on me. I think these would change the tone of the set too much.

True. I won't switch them out to just switch them out. If I can make the set more cohesive and efficient then I have to try.

I don't remember having a problem with them in my basement a few weeks ago. I was probably a half a bottle of bourbon deep. Who really knows :) That's why I tagged @Marc Hedrick
