My tournament next week will have 12 players. In my four years of hosting I am yet to get more than 9 as it is just a close group of friends, I am excited to host my first multi table tournament however this causes some issues with my home setup. My table (LED Barrington) almost certainly is not spacious enough to fit 12 players. So the tournament will likely need to be two tables. I will need to use the dinner table for the second as I don't have another option. I know what to do for drawing seats however was hoping for some advise on structuring the tournament like number of players to move to one table. The tables will also be separated by a wall unfortunately so advice on making rebuys as seamless and efficient as I can would be greatly appreciated as well as how to setup the tournament software in two rooms. Appreciate all the help.

Have your rebuys pre configured in tubes, racks, or baggies so when someone says rebuy they get one you get the money and play on. The only time you need to worry about table changes is when you have a difference of two players. When that happens the table that has the most players next hand big blind player gets sent to the smaller table and play on. Keep it that simple and combine to one table when 8 players are left.

That’s all it takes, you can do it.
