The dude said they’ve had these for about 15 years and the bought them used.

They decided to get a new set with more denominations from the Poker store or some thing. I said oh man those must be really nice chips!

And I deleted the price as a way to bait and see who complained. It only took about an hour or two for you guys to start commenting about it and also some detective to go and find the price.

It was a little test to see how important it was to all you guys. I guess it was pretty important.

Of course, people want to know the price. That would be great to know what everybody paid for their chips.

If I would’ve just posted the pictures of the chips, nobody would’ve known how much I paid for them. Just because people want to know the price does it mean it’s their right to know the price.

I posted all of that for the specific reason to sniff out the Karen’s and the baby girls. It worked now I know a few of these guys are more Karen than cool. Before they commented, I had nothing but respect for them. It was bait and they took it.

That one dude has to do some real digging to find the sold ad and the seller. That is why I left the map on the screenshot. Wanted to see if some Karen would go digging around. It was bait and he took it.

None of those guys would’ve done that if it was an auction or a sale ad because they would’ve got in trouble for thread tapping. I posted it down there on purpose to sniff them out. Some people are so stupid.

I don’t think you should publicly celebrate your finds if you have a history of selling them. And that’s what you did last time. I think what you’re doing is totally normal and you have great success at it, but it shouldn’t come as a surprise that people will bust your balls or want to know what you paid for them because that’s part of the fun of uncovering finds. In fact, it even sounds like you’re baiting people.

Save it for the official mail thread! When they come in, show those bad boys off and let us know you made a great find on Facebook, etc.
