Hi All,
I just released another major new version with the following features:

  1. Introduced Lists. You can now assign gests to different lists (i.e. A List, B List etc.) and send your invites in batches.
  2. Broke out the fields for Cell Phone and SMS/MMS Gateway in the Guests list for a better look and cleaner Twilio integration.
  3. Moved the Twilio configuration to the Settings Tab.
  4. Created a new drop down menu for adding Guests, Message Templates and Statuses.
  5. Reconfigured the Message Templates to show up as columns rather than rows to make them easier to manage from a mobile phone.
  6. Made formatting improvements to various screens.
  7. Added new tokens for use in the message templates.
  8. Added last comment posted right below each guest in the web view.
  9. Made various minor bug fixes.
  10. Updated documentation to cover all these changes.

This version will have the ability for you to manage a B-List and Even a C-List so that you can send your invites in batches - allowing your regulars to get first dibs at a seat.

Also, the Guests screen has been reworked to better handle the distinction between straight sms texting and sms gateway texting.

I’m still working through the nuances of the recently introduced Twilio integration and I probably won’t post this version until I’m done with that.

In the meantime let me know if there is anything else you’d like to see included in this version.

I just posted the v3.5 manual on the resource page.

Thank you all for your great feedback. Keep it coming.

This tool is completely free to the community. I’ve enjoyed making it and am happy to share it and continue to improve it.

Some have asked so I’ll say it here. If you’d like to buy me a cup of coffee to cover some of my late nights on this project my Venmo is:

Hi all,
I just posted v3.5a for some important bug fixes.

A special thank you to @ngmcs8203 for helping me out with the html/css.

The web pages are now cleaner and responsive to a wider range of devices.
Hi All,
I just released a major new version with the following features:

  1. Added a new field to the Guests column to let you make each guest active or inactive. (This can let you quickly disable someone from the system without deleting their info)
  2. Introduced message templates. This eliminates all the individual message tabs and replaces them with just two. One for choosing and sending the message and one for defining all your messages.
  3. Added Twilio integration for SMS texting. Twilio is a paid service and has proven to be much faster a much more reliable that the free method I was using. Also, if using this service there is no need to figure out what carrier network each of your guests are on.
  4. Renamed the Admin tab to Manage
  5. Added new options to add new Guests and new Message Templates to the manage tab. This allows you to do those operations right from the mobile sheets app. Previously you had to do it from a PC.
  6. Improved the way guest comments are displayed on the web page.
I consider this a late beta and have only used it a couple of times for my own home game. I'll fix any bugs as they get reported, but based on my own experience it is more than functional.

I do need to update the documentation - especially with instructions on how to configure the Twilio integration. I should have this done in a week or two and I am happy to answer questions ahead of that.

There are three updates to this version.

1. You can now pick your date format to be Month/Day or Day/Month
2. You can now configure a delay between each message being sent to try to avoid MMS/SMS gateways from thinking you are spamming.
3. I introduced a new [CellPhone] token to allow you to personalize the subject line or the body with the cell phone number of your guest.
I just made a very minor update to v3.3 to fix an issue with the waitlist. I did not increment the version since the change was so minor
