Yeah, I'd put the typical value (if in normal condition for those primary chips) at around $1600-$1700:
$1 - 1.50
$5 - 0.75
$25 - 2.00
$100 - 3.00

Only real problem with his price is that he has highly overvalued the $5 chips.

Time is a great bargaining tool. Tell him a fair price then hit him up again in 3 months. No one will pay close to his asking. 5s are trash.
