I'm doing the exact same thing to the T5s
With Emerald Bay chips in hand, it’s time to start murdering. I don’t really like either version of the WPS 25k, so I am going with this red chip. What do you all think of this line up?
And I will relabel these:
T5 as seating chips
Blue as Rebuy
White as Bounty (though if I can get ahold of those Emerald Bay purple $25s...)

I dig it. The 25s and 25ks shouldn't be in play at the same time so the same spot pattern won't clash.
But it looks like your 5ks could use some oil
Do you have a pink Emerald 25c to put next to the WPS T500? Would like to see the bright color vs standard color.

I don't have the final number yet per label. But Gear has special paper to use for them and there's an artwork cost per label for J5. Totally worth it for me to get a perfect set

They are ready to go. Gear is making my batch. I am having him do two different kinds of labels. One is a thick full replacement that he specifically has for Matsui. As seen in other threads (and I can post a few pics as well), a simple small flathead screwdriver will pop off the existing label. Clean the remaining glue and you are ready to apply. These are not a PITA like removing Paulson labels but just be careful as the screwdriver slipped once and went into my index finger LOL. The others are thin overlabel. These I have for the All-in chips and the seating chips as they will not be stacked like all the others (Bounty, T100k, T500k, rebuy, etc).
There are two costs .... one for the labels with Gear (price based on what kind of label) and the J5/Tommy artwork fee which is 6c per label. I paid a bunch already so this is a way to allow everyone to enjoy the design and still give some $ to those that deserve it. You will pay Gear for the labels (as usual) but I will be taking PP F&F for the artwork fee. This avoids losing some of the cost for currency conversion and makes this easy for Gear (he has enough work to do without having to keep track of artwork fees)

For my set, those black seating and the black/purple rebuy are two of my three table seating sets, the rebuys are the Emerald Bay white $1, and I swapped the T100k and T500k in this pic as I liked the purple as T100k better

This is what the set will look like (a mock up as I did not use the actual labels designed). Set is for three tables so three sets of seating chips (all the same spot pattern but different colors)

Here's how I did it (click pic to enlarge):
step 1: get the entire set out to motivate yourself to do this work
step 2: get a small micro flathead screwdriver
step 3: dig into the label edge with the corner of the screwdriver. Be sure not to dig into the outer ring
step 4: slowly push the screwdriver across the entire label and lift up. Watch your fingers holding the chip down if you slip (not seen because I am taking the pic)
step 5: peel away the label
step 6: remove any remaining glue. You now have a Matsui ready for a Gear label

Awesome. All everyone needs to do is contact Gear and place the order for the labels to be made (decide if you are doing relabels (recommended) or just putting one over the existing). Once you confirm the order, PM me with the exact order and you can Paypal the design fee. I send J5 the list (he's keeping track of the exact numbers) and the Paypal payment. Gear will send you the labels directly (and you pay him directly for them)
