That appears to be Poker Timer by R. Booth. (It uses an orange icon)

IMO the best free timer for the iPad. We used it for a satellite tournament during the Icelandic meetup, and it is our choice for our in-flight games.

I have 9 racks of ribs because I didn't realize that the butcher had placed three racks in each package. Is nine racks too much for 19 people? Luckily two of them are vegetarians.
