The stacks of cash are used as $20s for cash games. It is meant to look real but has Chinese writing on the bills that isn't in the photo. You can pick them up on Ebay for quite cheap.

Before I bought Plaques I printed my own funny money for games too. My group got a kick out of it.
FYI @saleen121212 It should be the opposite...If you're rich then you have only a little bit of chips...you're automatically poor if you're a chipper like everyone on this site.

Yes sorry for the hijack but this is an amazing idea. Instead of a $20 chip or plaque I could use a stack of 20 fake 1s banded together. It would give the game an interesting cash game feel.
