Hey guys, I am looking for a CPC expert to help me with pricing. I whipped up a pricing spreadsheet the other day, but the individual chips I calculated are 10-20% off from the formal quote I received. I factored in dayglo costs (as base), bright white up charge, base mold charges, higher spot Level prices, etc., but am still way off.

If you are versed in their pricing structure, please shoot me a PM.

Thank you!

Hmm, I’ve got my spreadsheet all ready for my order. I don’t have an inlay yet, but maybe I should contact them now for a quote

David sent me a quote. I just feel like I'm missing something glaring -- and don't want to be that pestering customer with a stupid question.

So I thought I'd straighten it out here before bothering the guy.

And thanks for the spreadsheet link - I didn't know we had one in the resources. WOOT WOOT!

I simply wrote a pricing calculator script in Ruby for my own experiments.
Feels more reliable/safe when you know exactly how it works.

Does CPC charge sales tax or is that all factored in to the pricing matrix?

Nope no additional taxes.

The only additional charges are a 2.5% Paypal fee and the shipping.

You can avoid the Paypal fee by sending a check.

Sweet, I knew there was a reason I ordered checks 6 years ago.

No sales tax unless, presumably, the product is shipped within the state of ME.

As if that ever happens; I'm pretty sure state law requires that the entire GDP be invested in fishing equipment and parkas. :p
