Ageed, and yellow will look a lot less stark than black -- but still break up the vast sea of white.

It's a live chip from a cardroom about 30 minutes north of where I live. A little more expensive than the rest of the set, but still not bad.

I mean...it's only Tuesday, and the other ones got to my house in 3 days from payment from the east coast. I'm not worried about a one-day silence after ordering on a weekend...from one of the most renowned vendors on the site...for a price so low that it's made me literally laugh on 3 occasions...

I placed a very small order on Saturday and haven't gotten any update, but I wasn't concerned yet. Honestly, I almost felt kinda bad for taking advantage of the free shipping more than once

Yeah I'm kind of a bastard here. 3 orders from Friday through to Sunday. I specifically e-mailed them since the one from Friday already had a tracking number (after about 8 hours), apologized, and said please combine to save yourself the shipping.

Yea I'm hoping that since my orders were placed on Friday and Sunday that they ship both together. My guess is that's why there may be a delay.

My first order took 2 days from the time I ordered to when they arrived on my doorstep. It was about 48 hours, maybe less. The ETA on these 2 new orders was over a week compared to the 5 days on the original, so I've been wondering if they're taking their time

The price is insane. If these had been any more I probably would have read the original post of this thread then moved on and not even thought to buy any. But the price couldnt be beat

The other thing to maybe take into account regarding shipping is this: many buyers, including myself, have purchased those chips in many different purchases. So maybe GOCC realized that and are giving it a few days just to make sure there aren't any additional orders from the same buyer and so they can combine shipping in a more economical way for them... Just a thought...

It could be a while before some V7's in quantity come around again at these prices.

One good thing, it sort of appears that Washington state (and some of the west coast states) do sometimes allow for resale of retired chips sets. And there are a lot of Bud Jones (S2, V6 & V7) chips used in the card rooms out there. Let's hope that there could possibly be more of these chips coming out of the west coast of the US.

I missed the first few days of this thread too, and the bulk of $1 chips. Thanks to @Tommy I was able to grab a couple racks and I think I only need one more. Needless to say I was able to grab a bunch of $5 and $25.

Wish I had looked sooner! I have this beautiful little set I got in pieces from @Stas a while back. Since there were no $1s I thought I would do a micro-stakes set with snappers for quarters and the 100/500 for dollars and fives, respectively. Psyched that this was a great way to fill out the middle of the set and really expand its use options!
