Relabel DIY project nearly finished so figured I'd share. No one is stopping from having my "fantasy tribute" chips this time. Labels are a tad too small so decided to leave the old labels as a white background.

Any problem with spinners? Unlamented labels were borderline to thick on my chips

These actually were fine. They gave me no problems getting everything off and on that needed to be done. Was alot easier than I expected it to be
I just labeled about 15 with unlaminated gear labels, and they stack fine, shuffle fine, but don't stick together as well as the unlabeled ones, I think you lose the suction effect so they get a little slippery and do spin a bit in stacks. Not sure if this is better or worse haha

Mine still have the suction effect which is fine with me. These labels I actually worried about possibly affecting the chips by way of shuffling and stacking. But I've found no changes to these luckily

Anyone else having shipping delays? Ordered ones on the 27th when there was plenty in stock, but they still haven't shipped.

Got a package today that according to eBay delivery and tracking should have had 800 chips in it, only had 500.

I'm getting very concerned.

The B is for Bob Jones right. ;)

No reply to my eBay email of being shorted 100 chips, over 24 hours since sent.

I've sent emails through eBay, PM here, and their company email from their website and no responses. Their voice mailbox is full as well. Been trying to contact them since the 2nd with no response.

Hate to hear that, I didn't want to start a case through eBay because I know they are a a sponser here. I'll give it a few more days, I'm sure with all the orders they are swamped. How long does eBay give a buyer to start a case like missing items?

I was short 20 chips, sent them a message, they sent my chips out , and I got them.

Sounds like they are doing last in first out shipping instead of first in first out.

I know there wa a lot of orders but it's probably only from dozens of people, not hundreds or thousands. Some of us ordered 1000+ chips so those took the counts down some.

No glitter ring?

They're not doing last in first out. I ordered 2k chips starting with 1,300 when the link was first posted. I topped up the rest in 5 different orders through last weekend. Got my original order immediately. There was a delay in the second parts of my orders, but oh well, that's life. Guess what...also received a handful of broken chips. I'm not pissed, worried, or bummed. This isn't a custom order, its a ton of chips from a casino, some shit is expected with it. I'm happy to get whatever chips I can for pennies.

This isn't their primary business and from the start sounded like a side venture to unload chips they came into via a takeover. We are going to deal with delays, breakage, and missing chips with this system, as our community has hounded them with add on orders 3 times a day and whiping out entire sections of their scattered inventory with 10-chip at a time orders.

GOCC is a valued vendor here and is well respected in our community. If they haven't gotten your order squared away yet, give it time. This resale thing is not something they do, its a one-off for them and I'm sure its a massive drain on their daily systems. If you have a problem, they'll make it right.

All my orders were before the last weekend yet you say you received items you ordered during the last weekend? Doesn't sound like first in first out to me.

And fwiw selling stuff on eBay is part of their business. Just a different outlet. Your attention to service shouldn't lapse just "because its eBay".

If I had all my orders in hand like you do I'd have a different outlook for sure. Would you consider sending me my missing pieces from your order and then I can ship the ones I get to you when they come in?

I would look at it this way: we were fortunate to have an opportunity to purchase these chips. The price and the quality were excellent and the shipping was free. Some of us didn't even manage to purchase any $1 chips. When a small company is shipping out tens of thousands of chips, at a relatively low cost, surely errors will be made. Due to the limited number of chips, unfortunately it may not be possible to fix those mistakes, other than by offering refunds for missing/broken chips. That's how Jim at the Chip Room would handle it, anyway.

I look at it this way: I ordered and paid for these when there was a large number of each denomination left. I'm short 800 chips. I didn't wait until the last minute and there were none left like some did. I ordered as soon as the second wave came available. I mean within an hour of them hitting eBay. I only had two orders, not seven or eight or and not small amounts either. The only communication I have so far is after a week (on the 2nd, I ordered on the 27th) they offered to substitute 5's for my missing ones, and 5's for my missing 25's - even though there were plenty of both in stock when I ordered - or they urged me to cancel my order. Why would I cancel my order that I placed in good faith and already paid for? All I'm asking for is to ship my chips.

The kicker for me is when I read about people placing 7 or 8 orders - or more, placing orders well after mine were placed, and then reading about them already receiving their orders and no shortages except one.

But I'm working it, trying to communicate with them on any available platform I'm waiting hoping they do do the right thing and ship my orders.

Just pick up the phone and call. I'd forget about using the eBay communication channel.

Yeah I've done that as well. Left voicemails on two different people's lines. Erica and another Eri person, based on the eBay username.

Cell reception is probably terrible, if existent at all.

J/k. I'd give it till Mon/Tues. I do really hope they can get you what you ordered. There wasn't much activity on their end last weekend either as I recall.

It wouldn't surprise me some eBay flippers doing that but if that resale price is coming from a PCF member that is just sad. :(
I broke up a rack to sell two barrels to members who reached out to me at $1/chip. I would've preferred to keep the whole rack, but figured that was a fair price to help people get ahold of some chips that aren't available...

These would made nice $500s. They are an odd 41mm size.
