Update: All but two people have sent their payments to cover the upfront costs over the weekend, enough to place the order. Thanks for the quick responses.

FYI - I still haven't heard back from the vendor, but I realized it is a holy week and they are in Italy. It's conceivable they could be closed this week.

Update: Order has been placed! Cards should ship out early next week, so I'd anticipate them arriving by the end of the following week, around the 24th.
FYI - USPS has proposed an 8% fuel surcharge to take effect starting 26th (lasting until next year). The proposal has not passed yet, as far as I know, but the assumption is that it will. If so, since I will likely not be able to reship before then, I'll need to add $1 to the shipping costs I previously listed, so they'll end up being:
1-2 decks: $9
3-6 decks: $11
7-8 decks: $13
9-16 decks: $14
17+ decks: $22
Good news is that I will be crediting some money back from the $12/deck upfront cost that I collected. Last time, I did have extra charges assessed on the shipping before I could receive delivery, so I won't know how much until after the cards are in hand, but likely $1/deck will be credited toward your reshipping costs.

Well unless you ordered only 1 deck (which nobody did), the credit back should help offset some (or all) of the reshipping cost, depending on how many decks you ordered.

Update: I should have the cards in-hand in time for me to reship before the fuel surcharge goes into effect a week from Sunday. The final price is $11/deck, which means you'll get $1/deck credit toward your reshipping cost. For many, that will cover your entire shipping cost. For others, I will let you know how much you still owe for reshipping after applying the credit.
And since I'll already be shipping stuff to you, I figure I'd offer some of my remaining cut cards from various group buys in the past, no additional shipping charge. I don't have an exact count of how many of each design/size I have left, so it'll be first come first serve.
The following designs are just $1/cut card:
The Lucky's "neon" design is only available in bridge-size. The feng shui 3-coin bundles (pictured with the neon card) are available for $1/bundle or $7 for 10 bundles. Use them as card cappers, nit "buttons", or lucky charms...
The following designs are $1.50/cut card:
(I still have some River Rat cut cards left. I'm not sure about the Kraken cut cards, which is a single design with a light side and a dark side.)

Every order in this GB has been shipped (or alternative arrangements have been made for delivery). I was surprised to see two of the packages were received already yesterday, and another half dozen delivered today!
Receptionist says all setups and cut cards arrived and are accounted for.
