I'm with you and agree the $25 is a stunner; blurple is just such a top tier Paulson color. I'm Lucky fortunate enough to not have to discriminate between the two options though...

I still don’t know what witchcraft you practice to photograph blaze orange and have the colors show like that in a bloody home game setup.

I just hate the effort vs posting pic straight from iphone. Need to upload, then get laptop, then find imgur account, then verify and captcha ‘select all streetlight lamps in these fuzzy pics’ then copy link blah blah blah.

(I don't have to go through all that you're mentioning but Imgur does suck compared to how they were a few years ago, but that's for a different thread I guess.)

Took some digging, but found a solution for phone without imgur.

Example - Image uploaded as-is, vs colors protected (see below note):

Images uploaded directly from a phone often carry a wider color profile (like P3 or Adobe RGB), which many forums don’t handle correctly. When that happens, the platform assumes sRGB and the result is a washed-out, muted image.

To preserve accurate colors, images should be exported in the sRGB color space before uploading.

One free option that works is Pixigy. While some features are paid, basic image conversion isn’t. You can re-save images as JPEG or PNG with an sRGB profile and upload them without color loss. I chose JPEG to keep file size down.

Overall benefit here is obviously images are hosted locally with PCF vs externally (subject to purging).

Interesting that Imgur is better than uploading directly, but not as good as the Pixigy/sRGB route. I assume imgur performs just as well though if the file is in sRGB first though.

I don’t see any difference in the pixigy and imgur. I’m viewing from an iPhone though.
