I've still got to package yours. Of which I'll be working on tonight to drop off tomorrow.

I'll be double checking my email again with those who I might've missed again. I did receive a few emails from those the other day which I'll get to tonight as well with replies and updates to your packages.

Did you plug the tracking number to your country’s postal service website? That’ll usually give you more details than USPS’s tracking once it leaves the States.

Thanks. I did that a few days ago, but only checked with 1 of the 2 options. Now I looked into option 2 and actually saw less details then what USPS provided me with. It is on its way though, which is the most important thing to focus on right now :)

If someone unexpectedly received:

Dude Abides/Dude License (double sided)
Gutterballs/Dude License (double sided)
Poker Pit (double sided)

those are missing from my order. I did receive single sided Gutterballs and Dude Abides cards so those may be yours.

Anyway, if your order is wrong w/ the above, let me know. Thanks.
 
Still showing pre-shipment. So despite all the posts about everything being out by such and such and this and that, I'm just sitting back and waiting for the delivery and willing to accept that upon delivery, if it ever happens, I'll be equally as disappointed as I am now a year later.
 
I finally recieved mine yesterday but as feared it was an incomplete order. Of course the missing cards couldn't have been from one of the sets I no longer own anymore. No, they were the cards I actually joined the GB for: Double sided Mirage : (

Thank god I took precautions before opening up the package by having a few blood orange margaritas to ease the pain 1st 🤣

There's like 6 mirage cut cards.

Just tell me which one you need and however many you want.
 
If for whatever reason you need cards or didn't receive yours, you can PM/email me what you need. Just tell me which card you need, and how many (minimum of 50 per design).

I make no promises, but costs look to be at .49 or .61 per card before taxes, shipping, design costs, etc. I assume they'll arrive February, but won't know until order submitted.

Limiting this to 5 more folks as I'm not reshipping to more than 20 people.

I want to address the cut card group buy and be completely transparent about what happened.

In short, the scope of this project got far too large. With over 150–180 unique designs submitted, the process became unmanageable and mistakes slipped through—both in design accuracy and in alignment. All artwork was centered correctly on my end before being sent to production; however, it appears the manufacturer’s process is geared toward mass production, where tight alignment tolerances are not always a priority and shifts can occur, especially on an order of this size. Regardless, the responsibility for the final product still falls on me.

I know a few of you received items that were incorrect, misaligned, or not what you approved. That is not the level of quality or service I aim to provide, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused.

Packages have been going out as previously mentioned. Many have already been dropped off, and the remaining ones will be completed and shipped this weekend. I haven’t been able to properly go through emails the last few days, but I’ve seen your messages coming in and will be responding and resolving everything this weekend.

Anyone who is missing items, received incorrect versions, or is unhappy with their order will be taken care of—either through replacement where possible or refunds where appropriate. Please reach out to me directly so we can resolve it properly.

This experience has been a major learning lesson. If I ever run something like this again, it will be with:
• A strict cap on the number of designs
• A strict cap on quantities
• Tighter proof approval and alignment checks
• A much more controlled production workflow

This didn’t turn out the way I intended, and I consider it a failure in execution on my part. I appreciate everyone’s patience, and I’m committed to making things right.

I received your email, but haven’t had any time during this week to work on anything. Yours will be shipped out this weekend and you will receive them.
 
Oscar, I think we can all understand that the magnitude of this group buy caused it to go off the rails. People got excited with another cut card group buy after there hadn't been one in quite a while. You got excited because, from personal experience, it is kind of exciting running a group buy. Nothing that's really your fault there - it just escalated really quickly.

That said, I think the biggest complaint that you have heard throughout this thread is the fact that you posted things about the status of the order (for months) and about delivering items to the post office that turned out to be untrue. Just be up front with everyone, and people will (typically) be incredibly understanding. But once one post turns out to be proven false, then another, and another, etc. That's when it really got under a lot of people's skin.

And I want to be clear that I take full accountability for all of it, including what you just pointed out.

Regardless of what the manufacturer said, what I believed at the time, or how fast things escalated, the responsibility for communication and execution ultimately falls on me. I should have only posted updates that I could 100% verify and slowed things down instead of being overly optimistic with timelines and status.

I understand how repeated inaccuracies erode trust, and I own that. My focus now is simply to finish this the right way, make sure everyone is taken care of, and apply these lessons going forward so I don’t put myself or the community in this position again.
 
@Okku My package arrived today, several days early! Unfortunately, it was not complete. I have emailed you with the specifics regarding the missing cards. I saw your post from today, so I will just wait to hear back from you.

It’s brutal how many people have said there order was incomplete / incorrect.
 
Or people who have been completely ghosted after multiple posts here and emails.

I told in this thread that I’ll get to everyone this weekend. It’s Saturday, I had a family day today and will resolve anything that needs to be resolved tomorrow.

Haven’t ghosted anyone. So not sure what you’re talking about.
 
I got mine today. Missing cards, incorrect setups, misaligned printing. I’m pissed.
I’m a smidge fearful on the other gb now.

It’s thousands of dollars, and while obviously I don’t believe that plastic printers is the one that goofed, maybe there’s a chance some of it was them. Who the heck knows what’s truth.
