Given that the chapter (allegedly):

• smuggles large amounts and distributes meth, heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine through control of the Port of Vancouver (both import and export)
• brutally controls the prostitution trade in Vancouver
• has been involved in several murders
• is known for cutting off fingers as punishment and throwing people (mostly women) out of high windows

I'm not sure that it would be a fair game, and I certainly wouldn't want to end up owing anyone there money...
