I dunno, this one is kind of unique and interesting. Depending on what that top is. It looks like it might be vinyl, and might even be lightly padded. Might just be me, but I see some potential in this one. If the price is low enough.

Yeah, but at some point you just need to say to yourself that it's good enough and we just need to run the story.

I remember early in my poker "career" there were a number of websites that taught how to build a poker table using pool noodles or pipe insulators.

Early in my poker career, I may or may not have had a pipe insulation rail on my first table build.
Dude had some extra tile left over after the kitchen backsplash was done. Tile is the new Epoxy.

Again, a nice table. Not the best for a poker table, but a lot of people favor the look of a racetrack over the function (not me, but some people). If you played poker only a couple times a year but kept the table up for boardgames and the like, this might easily be worth some money.
Extend the rail inward, add lighting, add felt for the surface.
I've seen worse.
