Any idea for a $25k and $100k option for original Paulson Pharaoh set? Ideally not plaques (1 Viewer)

I have a Paulson Pharaoh tournament set (even including $5k plaques and $5k Chipco(?) ceramic chips) but I'm finding that my core group at this point 1: doesn't love plaques 2: needs some higher denominations so that the final table isn't just MASSIVE chip stacks (which I love but the others not so much) and 3: since we now allow rebuys/addons, I just need more overall chip depth.

So is there any Pharaoh-esque chips out there for the higher denominations? Doesn't necessarily have to be actual "pharaoh" chips like the apache ones but that'd definitely be my first choice. Any ideas, even non-actual pharaohs appreciated.

Buy some Tiger 43mm barrels and relabel them?

Never even thought of that. I've never really looked into what it entails to relabel chips. Is there any guide or anything for a complete newb to that?

Any suggestion on a good relatively cheap chip, that is easily accessible, that's color scheme would go well as a 25k and 100k in a pharaoh set?

I use the blue 25c ncv chips as 5k chips which work really well.

I use the blues for $.25 in the cash game. Prefer not to use the same color.

What denominations do you have? Sounds like you have Pharaohs for both tournament and cash? I do as well. Are you running a T5 tournament? T25? T100? How many players are you accommodating?? Paulson National Poker series chips have the same mold if you could find some and relabel them.

What a terrible thread idea! I feel like we should all post pictures of beautiful sets with plaques! Lol

There are also ceramic blanks you can use @BR Pro Poker for. Even 43mm so a tiny bit larger for your high demons (like mentioned above for tigers except those are $11 plus each BEFORE murder and new labels.

If you don’t like Octagons or Plaques… I would just some 43mm ceramic design and make your high demons for under $2 per chip!

I went Octagons for my $5k and $25k on my 05 CDis and plaques up to a million. Unfortunately haven’t taken a family photo of just them

I will have to get a pic of the Octagons… but personally I love them because they are “like” plaques but don’t take up as much space o. The table. I got the idea from @Potsie1 when he made the Mardi Gras $5k octagons

The pink 43mm are the Octagons and please cover your eyes if sexy plaques offend you, there’s a few in the middle there

To be clear, I love the plaques, I have 50 of the original Chipco $5000 sphinx ones and 50 of the chipco octagon $5000. The problem is the other players in my current group; to the point where we've been using one of the dealer's chips (which aren't horrible; but they're not mine and they're not great).

But the lack of higher denominations is really the big problem; so going plaques for $25k isn't a non-starter, I just really don't love the flashy apache plaques. I don't think they fit the feel of the set. I would happily get the older $25k plaques but that's either big bucks or getting lucky when someone moves some.

50 of the chipco $5000 egyptian chips not the octagons; the octagons are $1000 (and I only have 20 of them).
