I had an amazing smash burger last week at a local joint. It was one of the best burgers that I have ever had. Now I am inspired to make a smash burgers for the family.
I have some really good beef that I am going to use. I think I am going to smash paper thin onions into it (I may have watched 20 smash burger recipes on youtube this morning). Simple salt and pepper seasoning once I flip the burger. I will probably do three ounce patties and make them doubles.
If the weather cooperates. I plan on doing them on the weber.
Any tips/suggestions?
