What chip would you choose for t25k? (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I’m trying to build an RHC(and/or THC) STT T100 base set, starting stack T25k with rebuys. From the left, I’m thinking of running T100 / T500 / T1000 / T5000, and then using one of the groups on the right, (starting at the blue roulette) as a T25K chip. I only need 10× T25K I think. I know the green chip as 1k isn’t normal but my players hate T25 base tournaments.

I won’t murder anything that isn’t already murdered; I’ll just use overlabels.

Ideally, I’d love a spotted yellow for the T25K, but those seem well outside my budget, so I need to choose something else. If anyone has recommendations based on what I have — or something reasonably priced that I don’t own — I’d be happy to hear it!

I tend to associate T25k with blue. Makes sense as its usually the biggest chip in your tournament and the expression "blue chip" is used to mean high value.

IMO it looks like you have a hell of a T5 set as is and could opt for some $1K plaques or chips. At least you can still tell your friends its not a T25 base.

To answer your question, Id nominate the brown one from the options shown, with the pink a close second.

Mine is for a custom Tina set and is based on the Faro Dunes 5k. Here are some pics from awesome fantasy sets.

While its a 5k chip, this is what I based my 25k tina chip on.
