Back to back is really hard to dol I l really like the Blue Jays, especially John Schneider. Seems like a really cool dude.

14 hits and only 4 runs with countless runners left on base. Can’t win that was. Back to back games where their offensive didn’t show up. Didn’t expect that to happen. Congratulations on back to back.

That Blue Jays loss has got to have their fans feeling like the team pissed a title away. Reminds me of the Red Sox in ’86. Everyone remembers the Buckner error, but Boston had multiple chances to slam the door shut long before that... Simularly the Jays had to screw a ton of situations up (hitting, pitching, fielding, baserunning) once they went up 3-2 to end up losing.

Between this series and watching my favourite hockey team lose consecutive Stanley Cup finals the past two years, I think I need to stop cheering for sports teams...

I mean... C'mon. Hard to top the ’04 ALCS. Massive and bitter rivalry, extra innings heroics, bloody sock game, colossal and unprecedented multigame comeback... Just not a World Series.
