COMING SOON: Classic Tapestry Kickstarter (4 Viewers)

you have to put yourself down on kickstarter. I don't know if you did or not just don't want you to miss it!
Sorry, just getting caffeinated. My eyes are barely open. I’m skimming as fast as I can to make sure I’m doing what I need to in order to help out. I’m looking for a link…

Yep. I found it. And I thank you. It’s official. I’m in for a sixer! Will pay close attention and double that if necessary. Let’s go!

I saw this when I was new and didn’t quite know what it was and certainly need more cards like I need more poker tables, but now that the sickness has completely consumed me…let’s go! I don’t need more chips, either, but here I am!!!

I just committed for 4…but how did Kickstarter have my phone number and credit card info…when I just had to sign up? I don’t think I ever did kickstart but I may have. Also, do we chose bridge or poker at a later point? I didn’t see the option.

Choice will be made later if goal is hit.

As for the rest, here is a message from the internet:

Has anyone pledged a funded Kickstarter recently? Does Kickstarter just charge the pledge amount to the credit card on file, or do they also include tax (probably not shipping)?

Also, do they charge as soon as the campaign reaches its goal or when the deadline is reached?

Estimated shipping is included in the Reward/Pledge amounts shown.

Thanks! I had seen that, but I also noticed in the email I got when I pledged, it said the following:

So it seems like it would just charge the pledge amount at the end of the deadline, if the campaign were fully funded. Perhaps the Pledge Manager step takes place after that and that's when taxes and shipping are charged. It's not a big deal for it to be done in two separate steps, but I was just curious because I need to collect funds from people for my GB, and I'd prefer to have a final total sooner rather than later, so I don't have to ask people to first pay one sum then follow up multiple times.

This is correct and how most Kickstarters are run. Since taxes/shipping rates fluctuate all the time, most creators usually just put in an estimate to give people a rough idea, but then finalize the amount and charge for it closer to fulfillment.

Will we be able to add on after the pledge? I'm in a group buy for 50 but I wouldn't mind adding 10 more setups..
Or maybe a 60-setup tier @desjgn? The higher tiers seem to be based on a $150 per 10-setup increase on top of the 20-setup price, which is $330. 30-setup tier is $150 more at $480. 50-setup tier is $300 more than the 30-setup tier at $780.

So a theoretical 40-setup tier would be $480 + $150 or $630, and a theoretical 60-setup tier would be $780 + $150, or $930?
