Aren’t they awesome??! I love them too.

Tell me about your set breakdown.
I love them Mel! They stack so nice, and I love the translucent ring. They feel amazing.

I added a rack of $100s, and some extra $500s, and some extra $1K for T100 base games.

I’ll also add some $10K plaques down the road. I’m excited to schedule a game someday soon and throw these around.

They are slippery, no doubt. Yet, they do stack well too. It’ll be interesting to felt them to gage how peeps will like them.
Are they hard to shuffle (like in stacks of 8)? Sorry last derailment of the pron thread. The chips sure are gorgeous. As Ive reduced all my sets I’m thinking about picking up a small set of these to have a relatively cheap tourney set.

IMO, they are not hard to shuffle at all. But I have been playing with plastics all my life at my local casino.

I wont comment on the chips but the $10k and $50k oval plaques are fun and pretty easy to shuffle. Converted to oval plaques after playing with them for the first time once I worked out I could shuffle them. Being ovals also makes them more natural to handle.

I'm curious to hear other chippers experience with the plaques too

Planning on pulling the trigger on this limit set:

Think it’s 41mm $100s

And 43mm $1,000s

Has anyone used ‘normal’ versa or poker cases? I’m thinking with the volume of chips and non-standard widths I’m probably best going for a large Apache case and customizing the insert to suit.

Open to suggestions.

Also thanks to @Jeevansluck for kickstarting the pr0n!

So I bring the samples I have to a game where I play and my dealers deal on other nights.

When theyre on their respective breaks I ask them their opinion.

1st guy "You're crazy" as I continue to fall further down the rabbit hole and buy and build more sets.

2nd guy previously only ever made similar comments like the above or "nobody cares" "you should do what makes you happy" "Ill use whatever you put in front of me."

He gets a very serious look on his face and says: "I want to deal these."

No joke. No judgement. Pure unadulterated admiration and desire. IPS made a chipper out of a professional full time dealer of 30 years.

They are that good.

Might make things easier for you if you kept them in their respective racks that they come in (BG racks). This way you don't have to customize just for specific sizes in case you have to use that carrying case for something else down the road.
