Unplayed by me, chips feel as new as I've ever seen but this wasn't a 'sealed' rack from the "Vault" (now Golden Oasis) stash.

Selling chips to free up cash for yet more chips! I've got a couple racks of the $1000 IPS which are nearly identical to this (just in Yellow instead of Purple) and love how they handle and shuffle. I found a different $500 for my sprawling mixed casino plastic set so this rack seeking a new home.
Loaded with security features (holo foil, ultraviolet markings, etc), partial transparency in an inner ring, all around great Bourgogne & Grasset chips!
