Thanks. Was my first time really playing heads up BigO. Against a poker coach with a rail of poker coaches. For like ten extra grand. Didnt get it done but was a great experience.

Hurting this morning though. Too old to come back to the hotel at first light.

I have not heard good things about the walk between bellagio/caesars and rio. That seems wild. Was it as bad as I think?

It's worse....

First you have the long walk to the Palms, there are only strip clubs, liquor stores, shady bars and vacant business buildings....with plenty of loonies and slow moving vehicles on the road. I'm used to some stuff when I was a DJ but I was not at ease and it's a long walk.

Then the walk between Palms, Gold Coast and Rio is less dangerous...but the piece de resistance is the pedestrian bridge at Spring Mountain Road....
It's right at the main entrance of the underground network and the bridge is littered with hobo camps, and could smell the crack that was consumed while I walked passed....for real.

Again..it was 4 AM and it was 2022....the Rio (and Vegas in general) was deader than dead in those days.
