Playboy club London "big" chip (1 Viewer)

I recently came across this picture in an audio group & spotted the "big" chip on the wall more then the speakers . Seems to be in the Paulson style. Anyone know if this is home made or an actual marketing piece?
(Could not find another tread on this, forgive me if this has been posted before...)

Exactly my thoughts, it's canvas & wood...
Not even real inlay molds, basically just a painting.
For the sake of being a PCF member, i have to do better
