I really love the old London Victoria Sporting Club chip design so I made a tribute.



I’ve got a few designs kicking around right now in anticipation for CPC taking orders again - this one feels like one to progress with.

Darnley Park has personal significance, and the polo theme was inspired by a fascinating piece I read about horse cloning in the sport. (As an aside, it’s actually a great sport to watch: Polo in the Park is a good day out in the UK) I think the large crown works with the theme. My other options were Scroll and HHR. The crowns just felt like a match though. I went through UK colour progression for the chips themselves.

I’d also like to thank all the designers on this forum. Seeing all these clever pieces of design that y’all are making has really inspired me and pushed me to do more with my work.

Yah - the £20 was the last to come together for me. I couldn’t really settle on something I liked. I wanted it to be simpler than the £5 by keeping it 2 spots and also incorporate 2 colours on top of the base. The pie feels like a clean choice.
