If you're talking about the versa birdcages people have come up with solutions for that. Supposedly the 39mm clamshell racks are also easier to get out due to a slightly smaller footprint.

I like that solution, pretty simple and you can use household items. I might also try to design a 3d printed carrier for the bottom two racks. It wouldn't be that difficult.
