Most spray adhesives will be fine to keep the foam layers together and in the case.

I assume if I wanted to use this as a foam adhesive on a table it could double as that.

Yes, that would work. I kept my extra foam as packing material for light loads in the Apache case.

Plastidip reinforces the foam.

If you dont spray it the foam breaks down much quicker, pieces will rip off and youll find 'dust' on lots of things. Plastidip holds it all together, when before it was meant to be ripped apart.

Thanks for the video. I’ve used similar cases for camera and guitar gear without ever plastidipping. But I’ll do this for the one I just ordered!

I just ordered the 3800 for my 700 chip cash set and the 4800 for my 1000 chip tourney set. I should still have room for cards and dealers buttons in the 4800.

I use spray foam to hold the foam to the bottom and lid of the case.

Yes, the spray adhesive and plastidip spray keeps the foam layers together. Adhesive 77 works well for this project.
