Yeah, and, what about a piece of toast to soak up all that runny yoke? There's something amok about this story, by God, and we're going to get to the bottom of it!No sides, sauce or seasoning?
Oh, so you like it semi-hard, not fully hard?Hard-boiled, but only 9-1/2 minutes, so it's still just a bit creamy in the middle.
So, semi-hard I guess.
In the context of Benedict, hell yes. But you could probably pour Hollandaise over a fried egg with Canadian bacon on an English muffin and it would be just as good.Poached is king, but otherwise over medium.
True, and I've never made a good poached egg in my life. Over-medium on top of some corned beef hash, with home fries and toast, and a glass of grapefruit juice. The bomb.In the context of Benedict, hell yes. But you could probably pour Hollandaise over a fried egg with Canadian bacon on an English muffin and it would be just as good.
Hmm.
eggs is my probably one of my favorite foods. I pretty much like them anyway that you want to serve them. It really depends on what I'm eating with then.
If it is a hash, or on a burger. I want them sunny side up. If it is with toast and a meat side, I usually eat them over easy. Sometimes I want a breakfast burrito. Sometimes I want a hard fried egg sammy..........
Yeah, I teed mine up for the OOC thread.Oh, so you like it semi-hard, not fully hard?
(Just trying to get into the out of context thread for the 40th consecutive week).
Fuck, dont tease me. Its been so long. Salt pepper ketchup.I prefer mine with pork roll and cheese on a hard roll.
Didnt want to use the acronym, people would think it was a chipset lol. Thats fair, just good for greasing the wheels.I know SPK is the standard but no K for me.
OK, what is this Pork Roll you speak of?Fuck, dont tease me. Its been so long. Salt pepper ketchup.
Interesting! Growing up, this was called "Canadian Bacon"Cured salty meats, very popular in my ancestral homeland of New Jersey.

Its similar but definitely not the same; same description, same shape most of the time, but this is a specific brand, John Taylor's Pork Roll.Interesting! Growing up, this was called "Canadian Bacon"
It's great.
I'll have to try it if I ever get the chance! Its similar but definitely not the same; same description, same shape most of the time, but this is a specific brand, John Taylor's Pork Roll.
It seems crazy but they taste and are spiced very differently. I'm being as polite as possible.
